INFORMATION

Product Listings

As each piece is handmade, natural variations in size, colour, texture and effect is expected. The specifications and imagery provided are to be treated as a guide only.

Shipping

All tableware pieces are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days from the studio, with insurance.

All furniture pieces are carefully packaged and shipped within 8 business days. The studio will contact the buyer to organise appropriate delivery due to the size and value of the pieces.

For time sensitive purchases, please contact us.

In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we require notification and images of all damage and packaging within 3 business days to process an insurance claim. Notification outside of this period will not result in compensation or exchange at the expense of the studio.

Shipping estimates are provided at cart and will be confirmed at checkout. We use flat rates which are calculated based on weight of the total order.

Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving for exchange only. We do not accept change of mind returns for refunds. Refunds will only be issued when a fault is declared by the studio and an exchange is not available.

To exchange, simply navigate to your recent order in your account and lodge a return request. To receive an exchange, your pieces must be returned within 30 days of receiving in original condition and packaging at the expense of the buyer. Any pieces that are returned with damage will not be exchanged and we have no obligation to return damaged goods to you.

Furniture and custom pieces cannot be returned. Exchanges of furniture are at the discretion of the studio.
