Tableware
This tableware collection balances function with expressive, tactile finishes. Each piece is grounded in material honesty, allowing specialised clays to highlight raw textures, visible throwing lines, and accentuate earthy, atmospheric glazes—predominately noted by ash-based glazes, slip work and scorched surface treatments.
Working with quality clays and recycled elements, many pieces are made with Japanese stoneware clays or are finished with glazes formulated from recycled local ash, underscoring his commitment to sustainability and the exploration of place through his chosen materials.
